The Sewing Coach
I provide one on one coaching to help you take your sewing skills to the next level.
We will work at your pace. If something is easy for you, we’ll move quickly past it. If you need a little more time, we slow down.
I offer suggestions and guidance (particularly to new sewists), but you are in control.
Why A Coach?
What is the difference between a sewing coach and sewing lessons? Most lessons are delivered in groups and follow a pre-set curriculum. There is often a project, selected by the instructor, that students are expected to complete. While the goal is the same – that you learn sewing skills, I approach this goal differently.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned ‘sewist’, together we can create a custom program to help you achieve your sewing goals.
I am passionate about sewing and want to inspire you on your journey.
I begin with an introductory interview (about 30-minutes on the phone, zoom or in-person). There is no charge for this interview. This will help us determine your goals, decide whether we can work together and tailor a program to meet your individual needs.
Ultimately, this is your program so if something isn’t working, we’ll correct it.
